Jordana is the founder and CEO of Hirequity, a sales recruitment agency with over 150 clients across Canada and the United States.

Jordana’s Sales Career

Prior to founding Hirequity, Jordana had a 20-year career in sales, starting as a door to door newspaper salesperson and call centre employee earning $17 per hour and finishing as a leader of 50+ person corporate sales teams earning six to seven figures per year.

Among other achievements during her rise through the sales ranks, Jordana:

  • Had career revenue responsibility of over $5 billion
  • Was recruited to lead sales teams at five major corporations
  • Participated in the hiring of over 3,000 salespeople
  • Promoted over 200 salespeople

Frustrated by recruitment agency tactics that she witnessed as a sales team leader, Jordana was inspired to start her own sales recruitment agency — Hirequity — in 2021.
